Profile
Elizabeth is based in Cambridge and is practised in vocational rehabilitation case management. She has worked in both public and private settings assessing and treating adults and older people with a range of disabilities including orthopaedic, long term neurological (including acquired brain injury) and other chronic conditions. She is professional in her approach using clear communication skills to promote good working relationships with clients, families/carers, voluntary agencies and professional colleagues in order to co-ordinate interventions and maximise successful outcomes.
