Profile
Hannah is based in Wiltshire and has worked in a variety of settings throughout her career including within inpatient services in hospitals, within the community in people’s own homes and privately as a care expert within the medico-legal field. She is specialised within the field of rehabilitation and has a thorough approach to assessment and treatment of an individual’s needs with a practical understanding of the recovery and rehabilitation process from acute settings to community living.
Hannah is experienced as an inpatient and outpatient therapist working with a variety of client conditions including neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, multiple sclerosis and Gillian Barre Syndrome. She has also worked with clients with orthopaedic conditions such as poly trauma, multiple fractures, spinal injuries and amputations.
