Since qualifying in 1998, Joanne’s clinical practice has been dedicated to enhancing independence and supporting meaningful engagement in daily life. She has worked across hospital, community and third-sector settings, with particular expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological and complex long-term conditions. Joanne delivers specialist, home-based rehabilitation, environmental adaptation and provision of aids, alongside case management and expert witness services.
Her approach is grounded in careful observation, personalised planning and deep listening, informed by evidence-based practice and a belief that participation in meaningful activity is central to health and wellbeing.
