Sarah has worked with clients with a wide range of injuries and conditions, including extensive work in the field of neurological rehabilitation and the management of neurological conditions. Her clinical areas of expertise include acquired brain injury, spinal injury, catastrophic injuries (including disorders of consciousness) together with best interest and capacity assessment.

Joanne is a highly experienced and skilled occupational therapist and case manager. She has gained extensive experience of working in the field of rehabilitation and case management within the statutory, private, insurance and commercial sectors.

Catherine Manley

Catherine brings strong clinical insight to rehabilitation after serious injury, with particular expertise in upper limb and complex peripheral nerve trauma. She also specialises in amputation, multi‑trauma orthopaedic cases, and mild traumatic brain injury, creating clear and effective pathways toward long‑term independence.

Tabitha Starr

A highly experienced and skilled occupational therapist and case manager, Tabitha specialises in rehabilitation case management for adults and adolescents following injury, with a particular interest in multiple orthopaedic trauma, upper limb conditions, amputations, peripheral nerve injuries, chronic fatigue/pain and psychological conditions.

Emma Gardiner

Emma qualified in 1998 and has extensive clinical experience across acute NHS services, community rehabilitation and, more recently, private practice. She specialises in supporting adults following falls, trauma, complex orthopaedic injuries and long-term health conditions, integrating both physical and mental health expertise to optimise recovery. Her in-depth understanding of rehabilitation pathways - from acute hospital care through to independent living - enables her to deliver thorough assessment, clear clinical reasoning and goal focused intervention that supports clients to rebuild strength, confidence and functional independence.
