Since qualifying as an occupational therapist in 2001, Amy has worked across statutory and private sectors, including acute, rehabilitation and community services.
Amy has gained a wide range of experience of client conditions including brain injury, stroke, pain conditions and complex musculoskeletal conditions and trauma. She has also attained specialist skills and Master’s level qualifications in vocational rehabilitation.
Amy is able to carry out a range of assessments, provide advice and treatment specific to the individual’s needs and adopt a solution-based approach to optimise the client’s valued functional goals. She has experience in effective liaison with a range of health professionals, employers, employment services, education providers and specialist equipment providers.
